Linda’s love of animals began in early childhood when she secreted kittens in the closet in hopes her parents wouldn’t find out. Over the years, she has more than made up for all those unclaimed kittens. She shares her life and space with her cat Attie, who was abandoned beside I-85 weighing less than 2 lbs. Then there is her dog Rosebud, orphaned as a tiny puppy and destined to be in Linda’s life.
Her spiritual strength grew as she raised two wonderful children alone, survived Guillain-Barre, and continued with her love of animals. Although she had several career paths, most of her experience comes from 20+ years working in veterinary practices. She also spent years developing her own pet-sitting business where she cares for and loves the cats and dogs like her own. When not fully engaged at Sunvet, she enjoys visiting with her dear children and grandchildren in the Atlanta area. She is also an avid outdoor person; She loves biking, hiking and gardening and finds great peace among the flowers and dragonflies.
